More Than Just Riding
At Equestrian Beginnings, lessons go beyond time in the saddle.
Each rider learns how to safely handle, groom, and understand their horse — building confidence, responsibility, and connection along the way.
We follow a structured learning system that supports each rider’s progress at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment.
Lesson Options
Choose the lesson format that best fits your rider’s age, experience, and goals.
Private Lessons
1 hour long, one-on-one instruction tailored to the true beginner rider. All private lessons move to Semi-Private or group lessons when ready. Ages 6 and up.
Semi-Private Lessons
1.5 hour long, small group lessons with two riders. Encourages teamwork and confidence while still allowing for individual instruction.
Group Lessons
1.5 hour long, structured group instruction that builds confidence, horsemanship, and riding skills in a team environment. Allows for more independence.
Leadline Lessons
A 30 minute, safe and supportive introduction for young riders, focused on confidence, safety, and early riding skills. Ages 4-5 years.
What to Expect
Each lesson is designed to support rider growth both in and out of the saddle. Students learn horsemanship, responsibility, and riding skills in a safe and supportive environment.
