Cowboy / Cowgirl Pony Party
Saddle up for a western-style birthday adventure with pony fun and rodeo-inspired activities.
Activities may include:
• Meet & greet with the pony
• Grooming and basic pony care
• Lead-line pony rides
• Stick horse barrel racing

• Western photo time
Princess Pony Party
Step into a magical pony kingdom with sweet pony interactions, riding time, and royal fun.
Activities may include:
• Meet the pony princess
• Decorate the pony’s mane with ribbons or flowers
• Lead-line pony rides
• Simple princess craft
• Royal photo time
Unicorn Upgrade
Add a little extra magic to your party with our unicorn option.
Unicorn Upgrade – $25
Includes themed unicorn decorations for the pony and added fairytale fun for your celebration.

What to Expect
We handle the pony experience so you can focus on celebrating your child’s special day.
• Guided pony interaction for safety and confidence
• Structured flow so children stay engaged
• Support from an experienced instructor
• A relaxed, fun environment for both kids and parents
What to Wear
For safety around the ponies:
• Closed-toe shoes are required
• Comfortable outdoor clothing is recommended
• Helmets will be provided for all riding activities
What to Bring
Families are welcome to bring:
• Cake or cupcakes
• Drinks and snacks
• Simple decorations if desired
(please refrain from balloons or poppers)
Pony Party Policies
Booking & Payment
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date
• Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the party
• Parties are booked first-come, first-served
Guest Count
• Includes up to 6 children
• Additional children: $20 each up to a total of 10 children
• Final guest count due 48 hours prior
Arrival Time
• Arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup
• Parties begin and end at scheduled time
• Early arrivals may need to wait
Liability Waiver
• A signed waiver is required for each participating child
• Children without a waiver cannot participate
Parent Supervision
• Parents supervise children not actively with ponies
• All children must follow instructor directions
Decorations & Food
• No confetti or loud party items near animals
• Avoid balloons tied near horses
• No feeding animals unless with the instructor. Horses are sensitive to sugar and many other foods.
Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable
• 72-hour notice required to reschedule
Weather Policy & Rain Plan
The safety of children, staff, and ponies is always our priority.
Parties will only be rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions, such as:
• Lightning or thunderstorms
• Heavy rain that makes riding unsafe
• High winds
• Severe weather warnings
Weather-related decisions and activity adjustments are made at the discretion of Equestrian Beginnings.
Barn Birthday Rain Plan
If light rain or passing showers occur, your party may still continue with adjusted activities, including:
• Grooming and pony care activities
• Meeting and learning about the ponies
• Pony-themed games in the barn
• Pony rides if conditions safely allow
If riding must be shortened, additional pony interaction activities will be provided.
Program Adjustments
Equestrian Beginnings reserves the right to adjust activities, ponies used, or the order of events as needed to ensure the safety of participants, staff, and animals.
Activities may be modified due to weather conditions, pony wellbeing, safety considerations, participant needs, or group size.
Our goal is always to provide a safe, enjoyable pony experience for all participants.
